Welcome to Epic's Realm's RPG!
We're still developing the RP, so there will be limited weapons, limited enemies and limited storyline. The rules of this forum are the same as the ones on the original Epic's Realm site, which can be viewed here.
Here's the guidelines of the actual RPG.

MORE WILL COME SOON WHEN I CAN GET TO IT.

Re: RP Strategy Guide
1. Your Character
Your character is you (obviously), the main protagonist of the RPG. You can control his/her actions. You choose what attacks and skills he/she can use. You are his/her mind, body and soul. This article will cover what to do to sign up for a character.
1.1. Getting A Character
You're going to have to go to the Character Designer for this one. But, I'll give you the lowdown on the template. Just note though: They're going to be human.
Name: The character's name. Make sure to give it a first name and last name. Middle names/nicknames are optional.
Age: The age of the character. You can make it as old or young as you like, for example, 15, if you're going for a teenage adventurer like a Pokémon Trainer, 28, if you're going for an average adventure character, or over 100 or something, if you're going for an old hag or a Touhou-esque character! Those are a few suggestions though.
Gender: Male or female?
Appearance: What kinds of clothes is your character wearing? Is he black or white? Do they wear a giant amassment of hats? Keep it simple and clean.
Special Abilities: So, what kinds of special abilities do you have? Can you shoot plasma out of your hands? Are you able to disappear, transform into an enemy's friend and take them out without warning? Do you have the ability to transform into a Super Saiyan using the power of some sort of special jewellery?
Stats: Your stats must equal 10-25 SP (stat points).
Health: Maximum 10 SP.
Attack: Maximum 5 SP.
Defense: Maximum 5 SP.
Speed: Maximum 5 SP.
Luck: Maximum 3 SP.
Magic: Maximum 5 SP.
1.2. Character Etiquette
Now that you've got your character accepted and given a soul and purpose in life, you can now do whatever you want with it! [ children cheering ] There's also other users controlling the other characters as well, and you can feel free to RP with them. [ Scout in background: Sweet! ] But, there's rules for RPing with them.
To start up an RP session, you may make it one of our co-op dungeons, or just an RP chat session. Co-op dungeon sessions will have their rules explained in another article, though. Here, we'll cover the rules of the RP chat sessions.
- No godmodding! This means stuff like forcing others to do what they want, dodging a situation, or anything that will just ruin your RP chat session storyline.
- Please make sure to be nice. Even non-existant characters have souls.
- All forum rules (on the original forum) apply here as well
That's it!
And that's just about it for the article!

3. Battle
You're engaged in a battle with hordes of zombies ready to slaughter you. "Ugh, I'm screwed." You think. WRONG! You are able to battle them! This article covers battling in general and some tips on how to battle more efficiently.
3.1. Stats
Both you and your enemy have stats. You might have higher defense and Attack, your opponent might have higher speed and luck. He could be faster than you, but you might be able to deal powerful blows against him. There are 6 stats in the RPG. Here is an explanation for each.
3.1.1. Health
Health is the amount of energy you have in a battle. The more you have, the more healthier you are and the less the risk is that you have of dying. If you whittle your opponent's health to 0, then you win the battle! If your health is thrown down to 0, then you are dead! Not big surprise.
3.1.2. Attack
Attack is the amount of physical power you have in a battle. If you have lots, then you can deal several amounts of damage, enough to take down an opponent in a single shot! This stat only applies to things such as punches, kicks, and melee weaponry such as battle axes, swords and solidified energy weapons.
3.1.3. Defense
Defense is the amount of endurance you have in a battle. If you have lots, then you can survive powerful attacks! This stat can be increased without the use of levelling up thanks to armory such as shields, protective gear, and forcefields.
3.1.4. Speed
Speed determines who goes first and who goes last in a battle. If you have high speed, then you're able to deal the first blood in a battle, and take out your enemy faster! This stat can be increased with the use of drinks.
3.1.5. Luck
Luck determines the chance of gaining things such as critical hits. It can only go up to 100, which is 25% chance of getting a critical hit. If you have more, then you can deal a harsh boost of damage to an opponent.
3.1.6. Magic
Magic is the amount of magical power you use in a battle. If you have lots, you'll blow your enemies away with your spells and elemental abilities! This stat applies to stuff like spell cards and elemental cards.
3.2. The Interface
If you engage in a battle, you might see a post like this:
Your interface appears in your signature...
To attack, you need to make a post saying which known attack or item you want to use (either paragraphed, like a pro RP-er or just type the attack in, like a classic adventure video game). Once that's done, the interface calculates the amount of damage done, and chooses an attack that deals damage to you or changes an enemy's stats. Then, the fight goes on!

Experience: 105/156 EXP This is your EXP bar. You need it to level up and become stronger, maybe even stronger than Chuck Norris, Duke Nukem and Flandre Scarlet combined. You get it from enemies when you defeat them.
Attack: 22
Defense: 18
Speed: 23
Luck: 9
Magic: 19
Cash: 9,001 This is your amount of cash. You might need it to buy stuff that are quite useful. You can find it in random chests in co-op dungeons and singleplayer dungeons, or when you defeat an enemy.
Items:
Healing
Tablet - x1
Known Attacks:
Attacks
Fists of Fury (Level I - 2/25 SP) The (Level I) shows the skill level of your attack. Like you, it has to level up. Your attacks level up using skill points, which are obtained from enemies once you defeat them.
